I’m a first time hot tub owner, purchased from Bluewater Pools last fall at the Hot Tub Expo. Mike was excellent to deal with, and the setup/delivery crew were prompt and professional. When I visit the store for water tests or to buy supplies, Tiffany always goes the extra mile, always has a smile on her face and is a pleasure to deal with. My lone service call (minor issue) was handled promptly and courteously.
