I recently visited Bluewater Pools when I was having trouble keeping my tub at the appropriate levels. They did a test in the water lab, and went through my routine of chemical usage. Once I figured out the issue, they walked me through a step by step process to insure the issue would not come back. Since then, I am proud to say, that I enjoy my hot tub everyday and have not had one problem since my friendly visit to Bluewater Pools. You guys are amazing!

I was very nervous about buying my first hot tub. I had heard horror stories of manufactures going out of business and people loosing their warranty. When I entered Bluewater Pools, I was greeted with a smile and someone genuinely wanted to know how I was doing. I got a big sense of family being there and it made me relax. When I met the sales person, she must have seen it in my face, and asked me why I was so nervous. She insured me that I had nothing to worry about with Master Spas. That they had been in business almost as long as Bluewater. It was a load off my chest and with the sales person; I was able to feel confident in my purchase. If it wasn’t for Bluewater Pools and their staff, I would be missing out on such a great experience. Thank you so much Bluewater Pool and staff.

Thank you Bluewater Pools for recommending Sparoma balls. I have not had any scum lines in my tub since then. It is also nice not having to pour it in everyday, it lasts almost 2 weeks. Again thanks for the tip.

I went into Bluewater a couple weeks ago, looking for a solution to the smell and irritation given to me from chlorine. They showed me a product called Spa Marvel and walked me through 3 easy steps on how to use it. Since I starting using Spa Marvel I have not had any smell or foul odor, no scum lines, No Chemicals and my water is crystal clear. This product is wonderful. If you haven’t tried it, I would there’s nothing like it. Thanks Bluewater.

She walked me through water treatment and care of the tub. She also recommended coming in for extra knowledge and a walk through of how it works and what chemicals and products do what.
