"I bought my pool from Bluewater 8 years ago. My children have used it faithfully over the years and it has been a great family gathering place. Recently, I ran into a bit of trouble with my chlorine levels and algae growth. When I went into the Leamington store I explained what was happening, and they explained because we were having such a hot summer, the sun was extracting the chlorine. The women suggested trying a solar pill which would act as a blanket keeping the sun from evaporating the chemicals. I was very skeptical about the idea, having tried solar fish before. However, at this point I was willing to try anything. I purchased the solar pill and followed the instructions, within days I noticed my chlorine was no longer leaving the pool. I couldn’t believe how well it worked. My next issue was the growth of algae. When we tried the algaecide, I noticed a tiny bit of difference, but for some reason it wasn’t going away. When I returned to the store, we mentioned doing a water test for phosphates. We immediately found that there were high levels in my pool. They explained that when you live in the country, it is a higher possibility of your water containing them. She gave me a bottle of No Phos, and within 24 hours my pool was clear. I want to thank her for solving my problems so quickly and promptly. Now my family and I are able to enjoy our pool again."

"I would like to start off my saying what an amazing staff Bluewater Pools has. They are friendly and inviting. I have always had excellent customer service from their team. My spa is about 10 years old, and until now I have never had any issues with it. A couple months ago my spa stopped heating. I called Bluewater and asked for their service tech. He was very helpful and told me he was going to come out that day and look at it to find out why it had stopped heating. While he was there, he found the problem and told me he would order the part and be back to replace it. Within 2 days, I received a phone call that my part was in and that he would be by that afternoon to fix it. 2 hours later my spa was fixed and I was able to enjoy it that night. Thank you to the pleasant service man that was so diligent in fixing my tub. Your service at Bluewater has always been outstanding."

“I went into Bluewater looking for ways to heat my pool. My daughter competes in swimming and likes to practice in our pool throughout the spring, summer and fall. We entertained the idea of having a gas heater, but then were introduced to Solar Panels by one of the staff. We have saved a ton of money using the panels, our pool is always at a great temperature, and my daughter loves that she can get more use for training. Thanks for the tip Bluewater."

When I went into Bluewater, I did not even have to say anything about payment methods, the sales consultant explained every option, financing payment methods as well as there we signs stating various payment options. I was very glad to know that there were many different venues of payment and in no part of the conversation was I uncomfortable.
